Get to know your host, Freda Richards
Like the alumni she interviews, Freda Ascenia Richards thinks life鈥檚 too short to do just one thing. So, while her day job has her managing digital campaigns for 七色视频 and hosting this podcast, she also commits herself to raising her two sons with her husband, living according to her faith, hiking the Arizona mountains, cheering on her home basketball team and studying AI in marketing.
If the last of these has you scratching your head, it may help to know that Freda has one more thing in common with the people she interviews: She, too, is a Phoenix. She expects to complete her Doctor of Management in April 2027.
With a background in communication and marketing for a variety of nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions, Freda brings a commitment to transparency and a genuine love of human connection to every conversation.
