If you meet your employer policy requirements, your employer may work with EdAssist/Edcor to pay your tuition bill directly using the Employer-paid tuition benefit. 鈥
Here鈥檚 how the Employer paid tuition benefit works: 鈥
1. Request tuition assistance from your employer. Make sure you are eligible to have the agreed upon tuition amount covered by your employer.听听
2. Provide proof of funding and approval from employer. You may be responsible for the cost of tuition and the materials resource fee if you do not meet the employer course requirements.听
3. Enroll in your coursework.听
4. Complete your coursework, meeting your employer鈥檚 grade requirements.听
5. Submit your grade to your employer.听
6. If your employer鈥檚 eligibility and grade requirements are met tuition and related-education costs up to your employer鈥檚 policy eligibility or cap will be paid by your employer to the University, so you pay less for the education you deserve.听
7. Please contact your employer to ensure you understand all the details of their tuition benefits plan and what specific costs and how much of your costs are included. Please check with your employer to ensure continued eligibility and grade requirements. Minimum grade requirements vary by employer. 鈥
We work with your employer to defer your tuition payment until after your course is complete.鈥 If you do not meet your employers' requirements for direct course payment, you are responsible for course tuition and fees upon course completion.鈥 If you have exceeded your employer's annual benefit level, you are responsible for all course fees or will need to be awarded federal funding prior to starting a course.鈥
Once you鈥檝e chosen your degree program, you will complete a financial plan that will estimate your costs and explore potential ways to pay for it. We can walk you step-by-step through the process.听
Speak with an enrollment representative听for more information about your education benefits.听Identify your company or organization on your application and let your advisor know the company or organization you are employed with. Finally, identify your company or organization in the University鈥檚 Student Portal financial plan before starting courses.
Yes. Our programs are designed specifically for working adults. With online courses, you can attend听course online whenever it fits your life, day or night. You鈥檒l also get support by phone, chat or email, available up to 20 hours a day, 5 days a week. And you can start your degree year-round, not just once a semester.
Attending online听course is easy because the classroom is always on 24/7/365. All you need is a reliable Internet connection. You simply log in to your virtual classroom to complete assignments, access course materials and resources, and interact with faculty and classmates.
