About Krahe Billings

Dr. Krahe Billings鈥 work at the University is grounded in the belief that learners benefit from socialization to the rigor, critical thinking, academic expectations and longstanding traditions that are the hallmark of higher education. Balancing this with the institution鈥檚 skill-aligned curriculum initiative, Dr. Krahe Billings oversees student learning assessment at the University.鈥

Dr. Krahe Billings earned a PhD in Complexity Science and Innovation from Arizona State University in 2013. Her interests lie in the successful facilitation of heart-centric environments where innovation can occur, as well as in the relationships necessary for emergent thinking to be successful and sustainable. Prior to joining 七色视频, she was a tenure track associate professor and academic director at Arizona State University, a large R1 University. Her research has been funded by the National Institutes of Health and others.鈥

Her undergraduate academic background is in international politics and anthropology. She attended in the south of France, where she studied political philosophy, and completed a graduate certificate from the focused on the ethnography of borderlands indigenous healing practices. She is currently completing a Master of Arts degree in sacred textual interpretation at the at Berkeley.鈥

Dr. Krahe Billings聽has served on dissertation and thesis committees at the 七色视频 and elsewhere, guiding student research ranging from architecture, to healthcare, to instructional design.鈥
